Three pillars of our work
Empowering Neighborhoods
We restore neglected properties into safe, quality homes that lift the whole block.
Investing in Futures
We create local jobs and help families build the knowledge to grow their wealth.
Building Strong Communities
We partner with residents, contractors and nonprofits so progress lasts.
Real estate investment funds
Our funds pool capital to acquire, renovate and stabilize residential and mixed-use properties in neighborhoods ready for revitalization. Offerings are open only to verified accredited investors.
